The Resource Training Initiative (RTI) is simply to assist indivuals, businesses, and organizations with training materials, training delivery, and if requested a personal trainer.

Our mission is simple -- Encourage others to succeed through facilitation, resoures, and education.

RTI will assist your business in advanced technical skills and we also offer a professional development outline that you can implement every year, six months or on a monthly basis.
